Return Window

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery of your item.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in original condition

  • The item must be in the original packaging

  • All accessories, manuals, and parts must be included

Items showing signs of use, damage caused by the customer, or missing components may not qualify for a refund.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Items damaged due to misuse or improper assembly

  • Products missing original packaging

  • Gift cards (if applicable)

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

  • The item arrived damaged

  • The item is defective

  • We sent the wrong product

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photos of:

  • The product

  • The packaging

  • The shipping label

We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method

  • Processing time: 5–10 business days (depending on your bank or payment provider)

Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, contact us and we will assist you.

Late or Missing Refunds

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After this period, your order may already be processed or shipped and cannot be canceled.
