Incorrect Address

Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

EbikesForTykes is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error, contact us immediately. We will do our best to update the address before shipment.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

If your package is delayed, lost in transit, or marked delivered but not received, please contact us. We will work with the shipping carrier to help resolve the issue and provide a suitable solution.

Shipping Limitations

Currently, we only ship within the United States. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international destinations at this time.
